NOTIFICATION

In pursuance to the Scheme of Amalgamation of Atlas Bank Limited (AtBL) with and into Summit Bank Limited, sanctioned on December 15, 2010 under Section 48 of the Banking Companies Ordinance, 1962, (BCO), the State Bank of Pakistan in exercise of powers conferred on it by Section 27 (4) (i) of BCO, has cancelled the banking license of AtBL with effect from the close of business on December 31, 2010.
