SBP primarily communicates via its website, along with social media platforms, press releases and publications.
For queries, SBP may be contacted by telephone, email or postal mail. Journalists and media personnel are also encouraged to register with us with their official email addresses. This process helps establish authenticity and speedy responses.
Queries received are generally forwarded to the relevant department and responses are provided after relevant approval. This ensures the dissemination of authentic and consistent information. All queries should be routed through the Chief Spokesperson.
