The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), on July 06, 2026, formally launched InvestPak - a digital and secure investment platform that allows individuals and corporates to invest in government securities through a web portal or mobile application. This initiative is aligned with SBP’s key strategic goal of “promoting inclusive, sustainable, and digital access to financial services” under its Strategic Vision 2028.
Honorable Federal Minister for Finance and Revenue, Senator Muhammad Aurangzeb graced the occasion as Chief Guest and delivered the keynote address. The launch ceremony, hosted by Governor SBP Mr. Jameel Ahmad, was held at SBP Karachi and attended by senior SBP leadership, presidents of banks, heads of corporates, insurance companies, mutual funds, and other distinguished representatives of the banking and financial sector.
