Please refer to OSED Circular No. 01 of 2015 and earlier instructions issued on the captioned subject.
In this regard, it has been decided to discontinue the requirement of the Self-Assessment Questionnaires under the Institutional Risk Assessment Framework (IRAF). Accordingly, all earlier instructions issued through various circulars shall be considered withdrawn.
