NOTIFICATION

     In pursuance to the Scheme of Amalgamation of Silkbank Limited with and into United Bank Limited, sanctioned on March 10, 2025 under Section 48 of the Banking Companies Ordinance, 1962 (BCO), the State Bank of Pakistan in exercise of powers conferred on it by Section 27 (4) (i) of the BCO, is pleased to announce that the banking license of Silkbank Limited will stand cancelled effective at 23:59 pm on March 10, 2025.
