MINUTES
OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS’/
GENERAL MEETINGS
Please
refer to BPRD Circular No.03 dated January 31, 2000 regarding
the above.
The
banks/DFIs, incorporated in Pakistan, shall submit certified
copies of the approved minutes of meeting of their Board
of Directors (BoD) and the general meetings (AGMs/EOGMs),
within fifteen days of the date of the meeting in which
these minutes were approved, alongwith the particulars of
the directors present in the said meeting. It must be ensured
that the minutes also contain the details of matters decided/resolved
through circulation. The approved minutes should be submitted
in the form of hard copies, certified by the company secretary,
and also soft copies on a floppy diskette/compact disk.
The minutes of the general meetings held during first quarter
of 2006 may be submitted by April 30, 2006.
BPRD
Circular No.03 of 2000, therefore, stands superseded with
the above instructions.
