Please refer to this department’s circular letter No. DS.BS.1 (2) / 2002- 1389 dated 19th February, 2002 and subsequent letters wherein banks were advised to submit monthly position of branches opened/closed/merged/shifted separately on the prescribed formats.

The three annexures / statements for reporting branch position during the month have been replaced with the enclosed consolidated annexure-R alongwith guidelines for reporting monthly position. Banks are required to submit softcopies of the annexure through e-mail [email protected] regularly by 10th of every month.
