NOTIFICATION

In pursuance to the Scheme of Amalgamation of Mybank Limited (MBL) with and into Summit Bank Limited, sanctioned on June 20, 2011, under Section 48 of the Banking Companies Ordinance, 1962, (BCO), the State Bank of Pakistan in exercise of powers conferred on it by Section 27 (4) (i) of BCO, is pleased to cancel the banking license, No. BL-3 dated January 15, 1992, issued to MBL with effect from the close of business on June 30, 2011.
