Officer - IT Operations (Contractual - Karachi
and Hyderabad) |
Key responsibilities of the incumbent
will include, but not limited to, the following:
 |
Perform shift
duty according to duty roaster at data center
facility for 24x7 operations. |

Perform procedures for timely
completion of end-of-day operations of various
business applications. |

Resolve operational and close
of business operations (COB) issues with
the coordination of technical teams. |

Execute data backup jobs

experience of technical writing and documentation

Experience
