The next steps for participants on the path to integration with MPG are as follows:

• Evaluate operational and financial implications of integration with MPG based on provided technical requirements
• Prepare integration plans by early January 2020, including:
  
  
  • Core system upgrade plans
  • Assignment of project teams
  • Preparation of budget for integration
    
• Onboard vendors for required upgrades, as needed
• Attend one-on-one follow up consultations with SBP in end-January 2020, to discuss readiness for integration with MPG
