SBP has introduced a comprehensive scoring model to gauge the performance of banks against assigned headline targets under Banking on Equality (BoE) policy. The BoE score card aims to bring efficiency & transparency, and creating a healthy competition among banks.

The scoring model utilizes a multi-dimensional criterion to bring focus of BoE implementing banks towards female staff in banks, women active accounts, and financing to women borrowers in priority sectors (Agri. finance, SME finance, Microfinance). The banks are assessed based on their target achievement as well as their comparative performance in each category. The detailed scoring model is given below:
