Management Development Programme

State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), the Central Bank of the country, has adopted a focused approach to strengthen its human resource base through capacity building of its staff and providing them opportunities that fosters professional growth. In line with this initiative, SBP intends to impart 4-week management training to its 30 officers at its subsidiary, NIBAF Karachi, to augment their following skills:

Change Management Motivation
Strategic Planning Time, Stress and Self Management
Problem Solving & Decision Making Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Leadership Conflict Management
Information Technology in Banks HRM for Managers
Business Plan Development Business Continuity & Process Reengineering

Expressions of Interest (EOI) are invited from reputed Management/HR Consulting Firms/Educational Institutions having wide exposure and verifiable track in designing and delivering management development programmes. Interested firms/institutions should obtain documents containing qualification parameters for short listing from address given below or by clicking here.

Expression of interest containing information on suitability of the firm and previous work on similar assignments, duly supported by documentary evidence, must be delivered to the above address latest by 08 April 2006. Only those firms/institutions which meet specified qualifications will be issued the Request for Proposal (RFP) soliciting Technical and Financial Proposals.

State Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of Expressions of Interest without assigning any reason whatsoever.
