Keeping in view the importance of statistics on Corporate Governance of Banks/DFIs/MFBs in areas like Risk Management, Necessary Disclosures, Efficiency and Soundness of Banks/DFIs/MFBs and, more importantly, country’s Financial Stability related policy formulation and implementation, State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has decided to collect subject data, regularly, at annual frequency.

Please submit the enclosed file, filled in by or on behalf of company secretary, for the Calendar Year (CY) 2020 to 2024 to Statistics and Data Services Department (SDSD) of SBP, through email ([email protected]), within 30 days of this communication. Going forward, subject data is required to be submitted, through above email to this Department, regularly within 15 days, of the period closed for your Banks/DFIs/MFBs’ annual financial reports.
