1. Please refer to S&DWD Circular Letters DS.MFS. 5 (18)/2015 - 515 dated June 24, 2015 and DS. MFS. 5(18)/2016-016113 dated June 28, 2016 regarding the subject reporting.

2. Reference may also be made to IH&SMEFD Circular Letter No. 28 dated October 07, 2020 pertaining to "Data Reporting on Mandatory Targets for Housing and Construction Finance" wherein all banks were advised to submit their monthly data to IH&SMEFD as embedded in A-07 Statement.

3. The Statistics & Data Warehouse Department of SBP has now incorporated the Housing and Construction Finance related data reporting revised format in the Monthly A-07 Statement at SBP Data Acquisition Portal (DAP). All reporting institutions are advised to submit subject data from December 2020 onwards as per revised (A-07 Statement) format through DAP by 8th of the following month. All reporting institutions are also required to re-submit their A07 Statements pertaining to June 2020 to November 2020 as per revised format (through DAP) along with December 2020 data (due on January 8, 2021).

4. To monitor banks performance on mandatory targets at a higher frequency, IH&SMEFD has also advised the banks (via an email dated November 11, 2020) to submit this data separately on weekly basis in a revised format. The weekly submissions of Housing and Construction Finance related data will continue until further communication.

5. All other instructions on the subject remain unchanged. The reporting institutions are advised to ensure compliance of the above instructions in letter and spirit while adhering to the given timelines.

   Reporting Institutions shall develop a mechanism/layer to check and verify, before submissions on due date to S&DWH Department, that ALL data are prepared according to the relevant guidelines.
