dated December 23, 2011, wherein all scheduled banks were
advised to submit monthly statement of loans classified
by category of borrowers (Annexure A-07) through SBP data
acquisition portal (DAP) by 8th of the following month
to which it relates. Also refer to our circular letter
No. SD.DWCD.1 (2)-2013-623 dated June 10, 2013, wherein
reporting institutions (RIs) were advised to report the
subject data on modified template of annexure A-07 through
email in parallel to existing reporting of A07 through
DAP for a trial / testing period effective from month
of July, 2013. To familiarize the officers of your bank
with the modified template, an orientation session was
convened on 13 Feb to 15 Feb, 2013 vide our invitation

It has now been decided to acquire the subject data on
modified format through DAP effective from reporting period
of July, 2014 in parallel to existing reporting of “Annexure
A07”. For the convenience of banks, the due date
for submitting data on modified format is being set as
25th of the following month to which it relates. However,
as soon as the parallel reporting is discontinued by SBP,
the timelines for submitting information on modified template
through DAP would be shifted to that of existing reporting
format.
All
other instructions on the subject shall remain unchanged.
To
familiarize the concerned officers of your bank with DAP,
hands-on training session is being arranged as per schedule
given in annex ‘A’.
You are requested to nominate at most two officers to
attend the session. The nominations should include one
officer each from regulatory reporting and compliance.
The nominations should reach this department by Monday,
11th Aug 2014 positively, on the following format at the
