Please refer to IH&SMEFD letter No.MFD.COF.911(1)/Weekly/FB-08-1267 dated June 02, 2008 and subsequent letter No. IH&SMEFD/RETURNS/2011/2130 dated December 12, 2011, wherein, the financial institutions (FIs) were advised to submit weekly statement of commodity operation financing (COF) through email within three working days of the following week to which it relates. Also refer to communication vide letter# SD.DWCD.1(2).2013-100 dated January 22, 2013, wherein FIs were invited to attend an orientation session on reporting the subject data on new format online through SBP Data Acquisition Portal (DAP). The format was shared with concerned officers of your institution for feedback and parallel reporting through email.

It has now been decided to acquire the subject data on new format online through DAP effective from week ending May 23, 2014 in parallel to existing reporting to IH&SMEFD through email. As per existing instructions, reporting timelines will remain same for both set of reporting. The parallel reporting will continue until further instructions. To familiarize the concerned officers with DAP, hands-on training session is being arranged as per schedule given in annex ‘A’.

You are requested to nominate at most two officers to attend the session. The nominations should include one officer each from regulatory reporting and IT support. The nominations should reach this department by Friday, 16th May 2014 positively, on the following format.
