Please refer to our letter No. DS.BS.1 (16)/2012-1220 dated 5th December 2012, wherein all banks were required to submit the subject statement through Data Acquisition Portal (DAP) in parallel to the existing FoxPro based reporting through email by 10th of every month.

Accordingly, banks have been submitting the data through these two modes for the past several months for assessment and verification of the new system.

After the successful parallel run and to reduce reporting burden on banks, SBP has decided to acquire the captioned data for the month of April, 2014 and onwards through DAP only and discontinue the reporting of FoxPro format via email with immediate effect. All banks are required to submit error free data on new template through DAP positively by 10th of the every following month.
