Please refer to our circular letter No: DS. BS.1(2)/2010–1004 dated 10 August 2010, where banks are required to submit the subject statement by 10th of every month on FoxPro based system through email. In our continuous endeavor to the best use of Information Technology tools and facilitate our stakeholders, we are pleased to inform you that coverage of Data Acquisition Portal (DAP) is being enhanced by including the acquisition of the subject monthly statement through it.

For this purpose, a new data acquisition template for Advances Classified by Securities/Borrowers has been developed. It is decided to acquire the statement on new template through the portal in parallel to existing FoxPro based format through email for a few months. After successful parallel run, the old format will be discontinued, for which instructions will be issued separately. You are, therefore, advised to submit the data on enclosed template as well as on existing FoxPro format starting from the monthly reporting of November 2012 due on 10th of December 2012. The new Template is also available under Knowledge Center of DAP. The DAP application can be accessed by browsing to https://dap.sbp.org.pk.
