Please refer to our previous circular letter # DS.MFS. 5(18) / 2008 -1556 dated 05 August and DS.MFS. 5(18) / 2011 – 1270 dated 18 October 2011.
With the objective of enhancing utilization of newly developed Data Acquisition Portal version4 (DAP4) and discontinuation of old Data Acquisition Gateway (DAG), it has been decided to transfer data acquisition of following annexure from old DAG portal to DAP4 with same timelines as already communicated through above circulars.
- Annexure A-03 - Flow of Funds
- Annexure A-05 - Deposits Distribution by category of Deposits Holders
- Annexure A-07 - Loans classified by Borrowers
Necessary training for submission of data through DAP4 to concerned staff of your bank/DFI/MFI has already been provided from 04 July 2011 to 09 July 2011. Therefore the concerned staff be directed to upload above annexure data files through DAP4 from the month of December 2011 instead of old DAG portal. Incorrect/ late/non-submission of data through the portal will attract punitive action under the relevant provisions of the Banking Companies Ordinance, 1962. Other instructions on the subject shall remain unchanged.
