This is with reference to Circular No. D.S. MFS. 5 (18)/2008 – 1556 dated August 05, 2008, under which banks are required to submit monthly sectoral balance sheet (Flow of Funds Statement - Annexure A03) regularly to Statistics & DWH Department through SBP’s DAG Portal.

Please be advised that the format of the statement A03 has been revised. The Reverse Repo loans to SBP under OMOs previously reported against “Other miscellaneous asset items (Code = 0724500000)” should now be reported against “Loans extended (Advances) - Reverse repo (code =0311250000).

Furthermore, memorandum items of A03, previously reported as excel files appended to A03 should now be submitted through SBP’s DAG portal. Necessary changes for reporting memorandum items have been incorporated in A03.

All banks are advised to report the data according to the above instructions. The data for the month of June 2011 is required to be submitted on the new format.
