With the objective of enhancing clarity and consistency, it has been decided to redefine some of the variables in the Quarterly Data File Structure (DFS) under Reporting Chart of Accounts (RCOA). All the changes have been highlighted in the sample quarterly DFS file which has since been placed on the DAG Portal.
It is therefore advised to direct the concerned staff to familiarize themselves with the revised Quarterly DFS. These changes shall be applicable from the quarter ending 30 June 2011 and onwards. The submission of different quarterly returns/statements to various departments of SBP in hard copies within the prescribed time will, however, continue until discontinuation is advised by SBP.
Should you require any clarification, please do not hesitate to contact DWH Support at e-mail

Incorrect/ late/non-submission of data through the portal will attract punitive action under the relevant provisions of the Banking Companies Ordinance, 1962.
