Please refer SMEFD Circular No.18 dated November 06, 2009 regarding the captioned subject.

2.         In this connection it is advised that State Bank has extended the expiry date of the Agri. Loans Refinancing & Guarantee Scheme for War Affected Areas of KPK and FATA by one year. This Scheme shall remain valid up to December 31, 2013.

3.         Refinance limits already sanctioned in favour of selected banks under above Scheme will also continue to be available up to expiry date of the Scheme. They can also apply for enhancement of limits after utilization of their existing limits. Further, other interested banks, may also apply to IH&SME Finance Department for sanctioning of fresh limits under the Scheme.

4.         Other instructions on the subject shall remain unchanged.
