Export
Finance Scheme (EFS) – Clarification
on Export Overdue Proceeds
Please refer to SMEFD
Circular Letter No. 17 dated December 26, 2009 in terms
of which waiver for 180 days, up-to June 30, 2010 was
allowed for the purpose of availing financing under EFS
to those exporters whose export proceeds were overdue.
2 It has now been decided to extend the period of above
waiver for six months till December 31, 2010.
3.
Other instructions on the subject shall remain unchanged.
