2. It has been decided to enhance the entitlement of limit
from existing 50% to 67% in the case of exporters of hand
knotted carpets for the monitoring year 2008-09 on the
basis of export proceeds realized during monitoring year
2007-08.

Other instructions on the subject shall remain unchanged.
