About Us
Strategic and Corporate Affairs Department (SCAD) is entrusted with the role of supporting the Corporate Governance Framework of SBP-BSC. For the purpose, it houses BSC’s corporate secretarial function and therefore assists the Board of Directors and its Committees to perform their role. Accordingly, the Department acts as a medium between the Board and the Management, so as to ensure that the Board’s decisions are implemented in letter and spirit.

It facilitates the management to develop and implement strategic plans and to define business goals, in line with the Mission and Vision of SBP-BSC. SCAD also coordinates and monitors the Business Planning exercise along with facilitating the Business Process Reengineering (BPR) activity through its Systems and Procedures Division (SPD) to improve effectiveness and efficiency of BSC’s operations.
