Human Resource Management Department (HRMD) performs functions which are strategically important and critical to SBP BSC including talent resourcing, employee development, compensation and benefit management, performance management and industrial relations. It is further responsible for continuous review of all policy aspects pertaining to HR/Training & Development areas and ensures implementation of all policies in accordance with the overall mission/vision of the bank
The Department, through its multi-pronged strategy, aims to enhance the HR capacity of this organization through structured talent management and play a major role in successful implementation of targeted change management initiatives for organizational transformation.
