In exercise of the powers conferred on State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) by clause (c) of sub-section (2) of Section 37 of the SBP Act, 1956; SBP is pleased to notify the change of name of “SAUDI PAK COMMERCIAL BANK LIMITED” to “SILKBANK LIMITED” with effect from June 01, 2009.
