In exercise of the powers conferred on it by clause (b) of Sub-Section (2) of Section 37 of the State Bank of Pakistan Act, 1956, State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) is pleased to direct the de-scheduling of Trust Commercial Bank Limited with effect from the close of business of 20th October, 2004 on account of its merger with and into Crescent Commercial Bank Limited vide SBP order dated 22-09-2004 passed under Section 48 of the Banking Companies Ordinance, 1962. The scheme of amalgamation will become effective from 21st October, 2004
