Drawback of Local Taxes and Levies 2014-15
Attention of the Authorized Dealers is invited to EPD Circular Letter No. 09 dated November 19, 2014 regarding the above subject.
2. In terms of Ministry of Textile Industry’s letter No. 1(41)TID/14/RDA dated April 13, 2015, Government of Pakistan has extended the last date of submission of claims to the State Bank of Pakistan – Banking Services Corporation (SBP-BSC) through the nominated authorized banks till July 31, 2015. Further, no claims shall be accepted after June 30, 2015 by the nominated authorized banks. A copy of the said Notification is enclosed for strict compliance.
3. All other instructions on the subject shall remain unchanged.
4. Authorized Dealers are advised to bring the same to the notice of all their constituents.
