of Local Taxes and Levies Order, 2009
Attention
of Authorized Dealers is invited to EPD Circular Letter
No. 01/EPP1(51) DLTL-2010 dated January 28, 2010 enclosing
there with a copy of Ministry of Textile Industry’s
Notification No. 3(1)TID/09-P-I dated January 20, 2010.
Now, Ministry of Textile Industry vide Notification No.
3(1) TID/09-P-I dated February 15, 2010 has superseded its
above referred Notification and made partial modifications
in the Drawback of Local Taxes and Levies Order, 2009. A
copy of the said Notification is enclosed for strict compliance
of the same by the Authorized Dealers.
Authorized Dealers are advised to bring the above to the
notice of all their constituents.
