order to strengthen and streamline the internal controls
and overall workings of the Exchange Companies of ‘B’
Category [EC(B)], it is advised to ensure the following
with the timelines given thereagainst:

b. System generated receipts should be issued in accordance
with the instructions and Rules & Regulations
prescribed for EC(B)s including Rules No. 17, 18 and
19.
c. The computer systems must be integrated and interconnected
through networking.
d. Such software be installed / used which have the
capability of working on real-time online basis. |
