This is for information of all the Authorized Dealers that consequent upon amalgamation of Rupali Bank Ltd Pakistan operations with and into Arif Habib Rupali Bank Ltd, amalgamation of Jahangir Siddiqui Investment Bank Ltd and American Express (Amex) Bank Ltd (Pakistan Branches) with and into JS Bank Ltd, amalgamation of Habib Bank AG Zurich (Pakistan operations) and Metropolitan Bank Ltd with and into Habib Metropolitan Bank Ltd, amalgamation of Standard Chartered Bank (Pakistan Branches) and Union Bank Ltd with and into Standard Chartered Bank (Pakistan) Ltd and issuance of Islamic Bank License to Emirates Global Islamic Bank and issuance of new Authorized Dealer’s Licenses, necessary amendments in this regard have been made in Appendix IV.
