of Authorized Dealers is invited to FE Circular No. 06 dated
June 18, 2005 on the captioned subject in terms of which
6% R&D Support was allowed to the garment industry.
Ministry
of Commerce vide SRO No. 974(I)/2006 dated September 14,
2006 has made certain amendments in its earlier SRO No.
437(1)/2005 dated May 18, 2005. A copy of the said SRO,
containing amendments for filing claims for R&D support,
is enclosed for strict compliance by the Authorized Dealers.
