have to advise that the name of Bank of Tokyo Ltd. has since
been changed to Bank of Tokyo – Mitsubishi Ltd. Accordingly,
Authorized Dealers may make necessary correction at item
No.9 App.IV
(1) – Vol.I of the Foreign Exchange Manual (7th
Edition 1992).

Attention of the Authorized Dealers is also invited to F.E.
Circular No.7 dated the 11th March, 1996.
The words "Assistant Director" appearing in third
line of para 2 and in sub-para (ii) of para 4 of the said
circular may be replaced by the words "Joint Director".
