Please refer to F.E. Circular No. 02 dated March 24, 1999 in which all Authorized Dealers were instructed to provide list of personnel working in their dealing room to SBP dealing room along with their functions. Any subsequent changes were also to be conveyed to SBP dealing room immediately.

However, it has been noticed that above instructions are not being followed by the Authorized Dealers. Therefore, all Authorized Dealers are strictly advised to provide list of Head of Desks working in the dealing room along with their functions, to Domestic Markets & Monetary Management Department on or before 31st August, 2012. In case of any subsequent change in the list, the same will be intimated to this department immediately. Further, in the absence of Group Head-Treasury the name of officiating personnel should also be intimated to this department immediately.

All Authorized Dealers are instructed to ensure meticulous compliance of the above instructions..
