Role Summary:
The role supports the design, analysis, implementation and continuous improvement of assigned Raast products, use cases and payment solutions. It translates business and ecosystem requirements into functional designs, transaction flows and implementation requirements, supports analysis of integration and production issues, coordinates assigned implementation activities with participants, technology teams and vendors, and maintains the documentation and evidence required for effective technical and business decision-making.
Key responsibilities of the incumbent will include, but not limited to, the following:

Role Summary:
The role produces the reporting and analysis that show how Raast is performing and where service performance can be improved. It builds and maintains dashboards and standard reports from approved data sources, produces recurring and ad hoc analysis on transaction volume, success rates, use-case adoption, participant activity and service performance, investigates anomalies, recurring issues and service trends, and supports monitoring of service levels, complaint and incident trends to identify opportunities to improve participant and end-user experience.

Role Summary:
The role monitors participant compliance with Raast Scheme Rules and applicable regulatory instructions, and maintains the central compliance and participant coverage records for the Raast ecosystem. It reviews scheme documentation, issues scheme broadcasts and advisories, identifies instances of non-compliance from participant data, and maintains the management information on which compliance reporting, regulatory coordination and audit response depend.

Role Summary:
The role supports planning, execution and monitoring of RPP’s digital marketing activity across online platforms. It prepares digital content, coordinates campaign deployment with internal teams and agencies, maintains website content, monitors campaign reach, engagement and conversion, and reports campaign performance to the approved reporting line.
Key responsibilities of the incumbent will include, but not limited to, the following:
