Key responsibilities of the incumbent will include, but not limited to, the following:

• Manage security system operations of applications and servers on Windows and Linux server hosting arrangements.
• Perform administration and monitoring of Microsoft Windows and Linux-based servers, operating systems, and associated services including Active Directory, Email Servers, File Storage, SQL Servers, DHCP, and DNS.
• Monitor and manage internet proxy appliances, email security gateways, associated services, and user access management.
• Provide Level-1 technical support to end-users and support escalated incidents and requests registered in the IT Service Desk, ensuring timely resolution and/or escalation to management where required.
• Coordinate with OEMs and SLA vendors for resolution of technical issues and implementation of projects.
• Prepare draft documents for approval, including daily checklists, SOPs, configuration details, incident reports, and change requests.
• Respond to and resolve requests from IT teams related to Windows servers and associated services.
• Provide support and perform issue resolution of all relevant system components hosted at SBP-managed Data Centers (Primary and DR) nationwide and Windows servers at SBP-managed subsidiaries.
• Participate in Disaster Recovery (DR), Business Continuity Planning (BCP), and Cyber Recovery drills for servers and applications.
• Prepare draft documents for approval to establish and implement standards, policies, procedures, and practices as per organizational and operational needs, and ensure proper maintenance and record-keeping of approved documents.
• Prepare and maintain documentation including operations manuals, technical installation and configuration documents, disaster recovery procedures, and risk registers, and provide feedback on policies related to Windows-based systems.
• Undertake and complete any other technology or IT systems-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Key responsibilities of the incumbent will include, but not limited to, the following:

• Develop enterprise-level, web-enabled software applications to automate business processes, operations, and workflows using web application frameworks and programming languages.
• Engage in all project phases of the full software development life cycle (SDLC), including design, coding, testing, post-installation configuration, performance tuning, and post-installation issue resolution.
• Collect and analyze business requirements and translate them into comprehensive and cohesive solution proposals.
• Develop Management Information Systems (MIS), including fixed reports for publication and dynamic MIS for analytical end-users.
• Coordinate with Database Administration (DBA) and System Administration teams for the development and deployment of new applications in live/production environments.
• Analyze, discuss, and remediate vulnerabilities identified by the IT Security team.
• Implement secure source code practices throughout relevant phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Key responsibilities of the incumbent will include, but not limited to, the following: 

• Develop and maintain the overall Enterprise Technology Blueprint.
• Design and develop process maps for all enterprise processes and their high-level interfaces.
• Develop architecture and designs to meet current and anticipated future IT requirements of the organization.
• Develop, review, and keep up to date all IT design, process, policy, and specification documentation to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.
• Translate logical designs into physical designs while considering business requirements, target environments, processes, performance requirements, existing systems and services, and safety-related aspects.
• Provide advice to management during the design and planning phases of IT systems to ensure requirements—particularly capacity, recovery, performance, and security—are incorporated into overall specifications.
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders, partners, suppliers, and service providers to ensure IT systems and services are designed to meet agreed service levels and performance targets.
• Plan and execute projects across different development domains.
• Liaise with business departments to assess business needs and identify value delivery opportunities for the organization.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify technically viable solutions that meet business requirements.
• Estimate time, effort, and budget requirements for project outsourcing arrangements.
• Maintain and track project plans for all projects, including tasks, milestone dates, and project status.

Key responsibilities of the incumbent will include, but not limited to, the following:

• Work closely with the information security team to evaluate, test, and troubleshoot technologies, and identify, diagnose, and resolve network security issues.
• Set and maintain protocols and processes, and maintain comprehensive documentation related to network and security infrastructure.
• Test and assess systems for weaknesses in software configurations and hardware.
• Configure, manage, and monitor Site-to-Site and Remote Access VPNs.
• Define and maintain network security policies.
• Administer authentication, authorization, and accounting (AAA) servers.
• Upgrade operating systems of network devices to ensure vulnerability compliance.
• Implement wireless LAN security controls.
• Manage and monitor Network Intrusion Prevention Systems (NIPS).
• Implement best practices related to network security controls.
• Monitor and ensure SLA compliance related to network security devices.

Key responsibilities of the incumbent will include, but not limited to, the following:

• Testing, configuration, installation, and repair of IT-related equipment (including computer workstations, desktops, laptops, multifunction printers, and mobile/portable devices), along with support for enterprise applications and software in coordination with other IT teams.
• Provide technical support across a wide range of technology platforms, including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to perform upgrades and migrations of IT-related equipment.
• Support endpoint security standards, including antivirus, firewall, and patch management.
• Provide onsite and remote technical support to all IT users, including senior executives.
• Provide technical support for special events, webinars, and associated technology requirements.
• Identify, resolve, and escalate issues to IT management or relevant IT teams as appropriate to ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with policies and SOPs against vulnerabilities in coordination with other teams and facilitate related audit observations.
• Provide support for specialized applications such as SWIFT, Bloomberg, and related systems.
• Serve as an IT support resource for BCP mock exercises and oversee or perform updates on EUIT equipment at BCP sites.
• Collaborate with other IT team members, including network administrators, system administrators, and cybersecurity professionals, to resolve technical issues.
• Provide after-hours and on-call support as required.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry to provide proactive recommendations to IT management.
• Develop and maintain support documentation.
• Ensure all issues are properly logged and tracked.

Key responsibilities of the incumbent will include, but not limited to, the following:

• Perform system administration, configuration, and updates of payment systems, including RTGS and SWIFT.
• Monitor payment systems (RTGS and SWIFT) and troubleshoot issues in applications, databases, and other related system components.
• Perform system backup and archiving activities.
• Provide technical assistance and support to end users.
• Develop policies, procedures, SOPs, and required technical documentation.
• Coordinate with audit and IT security teams to achieve required compliance.
• Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and other stakeholders for operational support and project execution.

• Perform procedures to ensure timely completion of end-of-day operations for various business applications.
• Execute data backup jobs for various systems as per SOPs or as directed.
• Maintain a logbook for key issuance to authorized personnel.
• Generate reports for different users as per procedures or as directed.
• Monitor the temperature of UPS rooms and data centers, and ensure readiness of related fire detection and suppression systems.
• Manage access control for data centers and associated locations, and maintain visitor/vendor logs.
• Monitor Internet link bandwidth utilization and notify the concerned team or vendor of any unusual chokepoints or downtime in Internet services.
• Perform shift duties according to the duty roster at data center facilities for 24x7 operations.
• Perform duties at any SBP data center facility as required.
• Undertake any other work assigned by the supervisor.
