The incumbents will be responsible for:

• Provide hands-on assistance in the development of HR policies, mechanisms, SOPs, and proposals across talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, performance management, training, employee services, employee relations, and employee diversity & inclusion.
• Actively participate in recruitment and selection operations.
• Plan and administer employee onboarding processes.
• Engage with various departments to assist line managers and officers in the effective implementation of policies and procedures.
• Ensure meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration, including processing monthly payroll and timely disbursement of salaries and benefits.
• Process income tax-related matters, including tax calculation, reimbursement claims for deputed employees, issuance of tax certificates, and salary certificates.
• Calculate retirement benefits and final settlements based on entitlement, and process disbursements per standard policy, ensuring quick turnaround after obtaining necessary approvals.
• Process staff loans and advances in line with applicable rules and policies, ensuring timely disbursement as per agreed timelines.
• Process travel-related payments, education payments, and scholarship matters.
• Ensure timely disbursement of monthly pensions and calculate entitlements for separated employees.
• Process employee leave cases, issue relevant communications, monitor system-related issues, and coordinate required developments or enhancements in the leave system.
