State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), the central bank of the country, is looking for a competent, talented and highly motivated professional for the following contractual positions in the External Communications Department. The contractual positions are based in Karachi.

Creative Designer (On Contract)

Key responsibilities of the incumbent will include, but not limited to, the following:

Design and Layout:

  • Publication design, including composition, navigation, layout design, typography, and font selection.
  • Placement of English and Urdu text along with pictures and other illustrations across various publications.
  • Design of print and digital collateral, including posters, standees, backdrops, and stationery.
  • Ideation and development of header images, story graphics, and template designs.

Graphics and Animation:

  • Graphic design and 2D animation development.
  • Creation of whiteboard animations.
  • Preparation of animated presentations for departmental meetings and events.

Digital Media:

  • Creation of electronic interactive flip versions.
  • Asset management and trend monitoring.
  • Organize and maintain a library of design assets, including images, icons, and templates.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure designs remain current and competitive.

Project Coordination:

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.

Additional Tasks:

  • Perform any other assignments as directed by senior management from time to time.

Media Production Specialist (On Contract)

Key responsibilities of the incumbent will include, but not limited to, the following:

Photography and Videography:

  • Event photography and videography.
  • Image design and placement for publications.
  • Image processing and editing.
  • Archival of photographs and raw/edited footage.

Studio and Equipment Management:

  • Maintenance and handling of studio equipment, including DSLR cameras, A/V amplifiers, mixers, studio lighting, and sound equipment.
  • Studio-based production, including audio balancing and processing.

Creative Development:

  • Preparation and execution of storyboards and concept briefs.

Video Production:

  • Video editing and post-production activities.

Additional Tasks:

  • Perform any other assignments as directed by management from time to time.
