                                  Key responsibilities of the incumbent will include, but not limited to, the following: 
                                
                                  
                                      | 
                                    Familiarizing employees with current legislation relating to  equality and diversity. | 
                                   
                                  
                                      
                                      
  | 
                                    Analyzing statistics relating to equality, conducting research  on best practices and initiating proposals to implement the same in the Bank. | 
                                   
                                  
                                      | 
                                    Developing Bank’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Policy, in  line with changing legislation and best practices. | 
                                   
                                  
                                      
                                      
  | 
                                    Conducting surveys and producing reports on Bank's progress on  equality and diversity initiatives and preparing action plans to further  encourage diversity within the Bank. | 
                                   
                                  
                                      
                                      
  | 
                                    Advising colleagues involved in recruitment, training,  employee development and policy development focusing on equality, diversity and  inclusion. | 
                                   
                                  
                                      | 
                                    Carrying out equality impact assessments with regard to the  provision of employment. | 
                                   
                                  
                                      | 
                                    Organizing in-house trainings and awareness sessions on  equality and diversity. | 
                                   
                                  
                                      | 
                                    Identifying any specific equality problems within the Bank and  taking action to solve them. |

                                    Working on proposals for reasonable structural adjustments and  equipment. | 
                                   
                                  
                                      | 
                                    Preparing/Reviewing internal communication as well as  promotional material produced by the Bank to ensure diversity is reflected in  all points of communication. | 
                                   
                                  
                                      | 
                                    Advising about the effects of discrimination on grounds of  age, disability, gender, race, religion. | 
                                   
                                  
                                      | 
                                    Acting as an advocate for and presenting the needs of members  of minority groups, and those affected by age or disability.  | 
                                   
                                  
                                      | 
                                    Developing effective systems for reporting any incidents of  discrimination. | 
                                   
                                  
                                      | 
                                    Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of anti-discriminatory  legislation. | 
                                   
                                  
                                      | 
                                    Translating equality legislation into practice to ensure that  the Bank is compliant to all legal/statutory requirements. |

                               Eligibility 
                                Criteria:  | 
                             
                            
                               
                                
                                  
                                    | Education: | 
                                    Master's  or Bachelor's Degree (minimum 16 years of education) in the area of HR,  Management, Sociology, Psychology preferably with focus on diversity from an  HEC recognized university or foreign university.  | 
                                   
                                  
                                    | Age: | 
                                    Maximum  45 years, as of the date of submission of application. Relaxation may be  allowed in case of additional relevant experience.  | 
                                   
                                  
                                    | Experience: | 
                                    Minimum  10  years of work experience, including at least 6 years in related field.  Expertise in HR related areas especially those relating to formulation of  policy work in ensuring various parameters relating to diversity and inclusion  and ensuring compliance to the parameters so made. |
