State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), the Central Bank, is looking for talented and energetic candidates for the following position, based in Karachi.

Joint Director - Digital Innovations and Settlements Department

Key responsibilities of the incumbent will include, but are not limited to, the following:

	Assist the Divisional Head in developing business design documents for different domestic use-cases related to RAAST
	Prepare concept papers, proposals and presentations on advancements in the prevailing usage
	Supervising team responsible for onboarding of participants on RAAST
	Suggest and prepare feasibility for new and innovative use cases
	Help, guide and follow up with banks on the assigned targets for RAAST in terms of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
	Work with cross-functional teams for adoption of digital payments in Pakistan
	Facilitate seniors in drafting scheme Rules and optional manuals for RAAST use cases
	Perform any other task assigned by superiors

 Eligibility Criteria:

Education:	Master’s degree in Computer Science / Business Administration (or equivalent) having 18 years of education from an HEC recognized domestic or reputable foreign university. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in application / software development and with relevant certifications.
Age:	Maximum 35 years, as on the last date to submit application. Relaxation may be allowed in case of additional relevant experience and certifications.
Experience:	Minimum 8 years of working experience with at least 3 years in a team lead position and 4-5 years' experience in digital payments, payments system and / or alternate delivery channels.
Skills Required:	Thorough understanding of Payment systems and new developments in retail payments and digitization Excellent analytical and writing skills from both business and technology side Knowledge of various Payment and Banking systems and its operations like Raast, PRISM, etc. would be of advantage
