State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), the Central Bank, is looking for young, talented and energetic candidates for the following OG-4 positions in the IT Strategy & Project Management Department, based at Karachi:


 

Senior Business Automation Workflow (BAW) Specialist (OG-4)

Key responsibilities of the incumbent will include, but not limited to, the following:
Design, Develop, Customize and Implement Workflow Based Application using IBM BPM Process designer, MQ, SOAP UI, using IBM BPM version 8.6 or above and IBM BAW V19 or above.
Development of REST/SOAP Web Services using Java (J2SE, J2EE), Eclipse and Java Script for utilizing in IBM BAW BPD processes.

Create Ajax coach elements for a responsive and highly polished user experience.
Installation, configurations and system administration of BAW Dev/UAT/Staging and Production environments, (BAW) BPM Application server and DB including system recovery fixing bugs, security gaps and troubleshooting problems.
Develop and communicate system policies, procedures and standards of BAW (BPM) systems and applications.
Facilitate in the development of subordinate plans for providing adequate information security of BAW (BPM) Information Systems.
Assist in improving business operational efficiency and productivity by devising suitable and cost-effective IT solutions including (BAW) BPM Systems and Applications over the network, its Databases and Security Infrastructure.
Provide executive management timely and insightful analysis on critical developments, Risk Management, movements and strategies with implications and recommended actions.
Assist in the development of mid-to-long term (3 - 5 year time horizons) strategies by working with key stakeholders within SBP.
Lead efforts to enhance existing businesses to achieve strategic objectives through operational enhancements and human capital development under Knowledge Management (KM) Program developments.
Coordinate with Consultant/Vendor to prepare detailed system requirements, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Security testing and system implementation.
Identify and track critical business data inside a business process, and understand the database schema to extract the data & develop business reports.
Design and create custom reports and Dashboards /scoreboards to provide process visibility for multiple stakeholders and users across the organization.
Provide critical technical and analytical support for business users involving cross-departmental and multifunctional areas.
Provide assistance in Business Planning, budgeting and training of the department, meet the project deadlines and assist in organizing meetings with different vendors on new Automation initiatives.
Coordinate Internal and External Audit and compliance, alongside updating the business process documents and risk registers of division/department.
 

 Eligibility Criteria:


Education
  • Masters or Bachelor’s Degree (16 years) preferably in Computer Science / IT / Computer Systems / Computer Engineering / Software Engineering / Electronics / Information Systems or related discipline from HEC recognized institutions or from a reputable foreign university.

  • Certified IBM BPM/BAW will be preferred.

  • Certified Java Specialist will be an added advantage.

Age:

Maximum 40 years, as of the date of submission of application (as per CNIC). Relaxation maybe allowed in case of additional relevant experience.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years (with at least 03 years in a middle management position) of hands-on experience in:

  • BPM 8.5.7, 8.6 or BAW, BAW UI (Spark UI) and ODM.
  • Designing BPD's/Processes.
  • SOAP and REST services integration and Consuming XML, XSL and Json.
  • Software Development in Java, ECLIPSE, J2EE and Javascript.
  • Very strong BPM UI development skills including JavaScript/dojo/jQuery (both coach views and heritage coaches).
  • Good grasp on BPM best practices and performance related concepts.
  • Integrating external systems (CMIS, ERPs, Banking Applications, Microsoft Infrastructure Systems and other Web applications) with IBM BPM .
  • Identifying and Embedding Application Security Components.
  • Working Knowledge of Red Had Linux and Microsoft Server OS.
  • Application Development using Case Manager.

Senior Enterprise Content Management System (ECM) Specialist (OG-4)

Key responsibilities of the incumbent will include, but not limited to, the following:
Implementation and management of FileNet Content Manager, Navigator and Advanced Storage, FileNet objects through FEM / ACCE including Teamspaces.
Develop APIs for Content Engine and Process Engine using Core Java coding skill, REST APIs, Web Services and CMIS based integrations and export /Import of FileNet objects.

Develop application using Java J2EE, Dojo, JavaScript, JSON, HTML 5 and CSS.
Coordinate with Business Users (SBP, SBP-BSC, NIBAF and other subsidiaries) and take their automation requirements for SBP’s Knowledge Management (KM) Program.
Design Content Management Architecture, Configure Taxonomies, Manage organization of Enterprise Content, configure access enablement and security controls.
Creating desktops, repositories, menus and development of EDS plugin’s in ICN.
Provide initial testing, and Functional/Technical support of implemented projects of the Knowledge Management Program using ECM System, coordinate with the business and vendors regarding Process Workflow, Process Specification Sheet, User Acceptance Testing, Go-Live, Project Implementation and completion.
System Integrations with existing technology components, Managing Enterprise Content Taxonomy, Managing Content Stores, replications and Data protections Preparation/Review of SOPs related to the KM Division.
Analyze the Business Requirements, consolidate and present them to Management Steering Committees for approval.
Preparation/Review of SOPs related to the Knowledge Management Division.
Plan & Implement continuous Operations and Disaster Recovery of ECM systems.
Organize the KM-Coordinators meeting and provide Training, Demo, Presentation, etc.
Coordinate with Vendors for status, analysis, implementation of projects.
Provide organization-wide awareness sessions, presentations and training for selected KM Coordinators, Business users.
Analysis and Implementation of Audit Compliance activities.
 

 Eligibility Criteria:

  • Designing Content Management Architecture, Configuring Taxonomies, Managing organization of Enterprise Content.
  • Configuring access enablement and Embedding Security Applications controls.
  • Performance Tuning, Troubleshooting problems and Recovery of ECM systems.
  • Creating APIs, Scripts for deployments using FDM in performing CMIS based integrations and export /Import of FileNet objects.
  • Creating desktops, repositories, menus and development of EDS plugin’s in ICN.
  • Red Hat Linux Scripting, WAS Administration and DB2.
