Application Developer

Key responsibilities of the incumbent will include, but not limited to, the following:
Development of Enterprise level Web enabled Solutions.
Development and customization of new and existing web application.

Design and Perform system integration tasks with existing and new systems.
Engage with relevant stakeholders to develop system specification, technical configuration, performance optimization, quality assurance, security testing and recoveries from issues and troubleshoot problems.
Documentation of processes of development and operational manual.
Provision of technical support to the end users.
Maintenance of code repository of project on TFS or Git.

 Eligibility Criteria:


Education
  • Masters / Bachelor’s Degree (16 years) /Diploma in Computer Science / IT / Computer Systems / Computer Engineering / Software Engineering / Electronics / Information Systems from HEC recognized institutions or from a reputable foreign university.

Age:

Maximum 35 years, as of the date of submission of application (as per CNIC).

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in:

  • Web application development using any of the frameworks/languages Java, .NET, Drupal, PHP, Java Scripting etc.
  • XML, CSS stylesheets, JSon.
  • APIs using REST and SOAP, OAUTH and OIDC frameworks.
  • Designing and Development of database schemas for RDBMS & NOSQL databases for web application.
  • Embedding Application Security Components

Business Automation Workflow (BAW) Application Developer

Key responsibilities of the incumbent will include, but not limited to, the following:
Designing and development of Process workflow applications in IBM BAW Business Process Manager.
Customization of new / existing business processes in IBMs’ BAW.

Integration of BPM Applications through standard APIs and Web services with other applications and databases.
Troubleshoot technical issues and processes exception.
Provide Operational and Technical support for BPM.

 Eligibility Criteria:


Education
  • Masters / Bachelor’s Degree (16 years) in Computer Science / IT / Computer Systems / Computer Engineering / Software Engineering / Electronics / Information Systems or related discipline from HEC recognized institutions or from a reputable foreign university.

  • Certified or Trained in IBM BPM and Java will be preferred.

Age:

Experience:

2 years of hands on experience in:

  • Designing BPD's/Processes using process designer is a must.
  • Development and implementation of Process Flows based applications of complex business processes.

Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Developer

Key responsibilities of the incumbent will include, but not limited to, the following:
Design, Development and deployment of ECM Applications using ECM development toolkit, APIs, CMIS, Java framework and Java Scripting.
Administer IBM FileNet (Enterprise Content Management-ECM) environment.

Perform System Operation, system troubleshooting and recovery.
Provide technical support for ECM and integrated tools.
Manage and configure Content navigator.
Develop APIs for Content Engine and Process Engine.
Create FileNet objects through FEM / ACCE including Teamspaces.
Working knowledge of ICN creating the desktops, repositories, menus and development of EDS plugins’ for ICN.

 Eligibility Criteria:


Education
  • Masters / Bachelor’s Degree (16 years of education) in Computer Science / Computer Systems / Computer Engineering / Electronics / Information Systems / IT from HEC recognized institutions or from a reputable foreign university.

  • Certification in Java will be preferred.

Age:

Experience:

2 years of hands-on experience in following:

  • Design, Development and deployment of ECM Applications using ECM development toolkit, APIs, CMIS, Java framework and Java Scripting.
  • Administration of IBM FileNet (Enterprise Content Management-ECM) environment and CMIS.
  • Strong concepts of storing / retrieving / managing content and workflows in FileNet and ICN administration and support.
  • System Operation, system troubleshooting and recovery.
  • Technical support for ECM and integrated tools.
  • Good technical skills in DB2, WAS, OS (Linux and Windows Server).
  • Knowledge of Managing Access Controls, Rights Controls and standard authentication and authorization.

Mobile App Developer

Key responsibilities of the incumbent will include, but not limited to, the following:
Mobile Application Development lifecycle (concept, design, develop, test, release and support).
Develop fully functional mobile applications.

Develop APIs for integration with other applications and platforms (Android & iOS).
Embed Security Protocols.
Design robust interfaces to improve user experience.
Demonstrable portfolio of released applications on the App store or the Android.
Creating app updates, including bug fixes and additional features for release.

 Eligibility Criteria:

Experience:

2 years of hands on experience in:

  • Mobile application development
  • Demonstrable portfolio of released applications on the App store and Android market
  • In-depth knowledge of at least one programming language like Swift and Java
  • Experience with Third-Party Libraries and APIs

Software Project Manager

Key responsibilities of the incumbent will include, but not limited to, the following:
Planning and executing the projects in different domains of development.
Managing and tracking the progress of multiple projects and report progress to steering committee.

Liaison with business departments to assess their business needs and identify value delivery for the organization.
Liaison with business and technical teams to identify technically viable solution that meets business requirements.
Estimate time, efforts and budget required for outsourcing arrangements of the projects.

IT Infrastructure Architect

Key responsibilities of the incumbent will include, but not limited to, the following:
Systems architecture and design, including integration of applications, operating systems, databases, networking, server and storage technologies, disaster recovery of On-Premises and private & public cloud platforms.
Review and advise current and future designs standards for infrastructure system builds; provide input on design, implementation planning, procurement & acquisitions, risk, scalability, operational/cost efficiency, quality, and impact on the enterprise business process and goals.

Ensure the success of enterprise-level implementations in terms of performance, scalability, availability, security, and disaster recovery.
Research, identify, and test technology solutions; perform proof of concepts of new technologies to determine if they are a good fit for the company and introduce new technology where needed.
Advise and maintain strategic enterprise technology plan; develop and refine architectural governance, standards, and policy within the IT department.
Participate in the training and support of IT and Business Groups.

 Eligibility Criteria:


Education

Experience:

10 years of hands on experience in following:

  • Enterprise infrastructure design, including networking, Windows/Linux operating system, databases, applications, security environment and other related infrastructure components public cloud.
  • Thorough grasp of virtualization technologies and related concepts, such as storage, compute, network virtualization, IaaS, orchestration and automation, and resource planning.
  • Hands-on familiarity with next-gen firewalls.
  • Designing and building cloud environments.
  • Strong understanding of cyber security principles and technologies.
  • Disaster recovery planning.
  • Familiarity with modern software development and DevOps concepts, workflow management, site reliability, continuous delivery and integration, micro services, RESTful APIs, and common application infrastructure patterns.
  • Automation and scripting.
  • Ability to work well in both a team setting and independently to meet business objectives.
  • Ability to conceptualize, formulate, and present complex solutions to a wide audience.


Competencies:
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the specific ability to translate complex ideas into their constituent parts and vice versa.
  • Excellent documentation skills, including experience creating and maintaining architectural governance, process, standards, and policies.

IT Service Management Specialist

Key responsibilities of the incumbent will include, but not limited to, the following:
Lead, facilitate and support implementation of ITSM.
Manage and maintain the IT Service Management function encompassing such processes as Incident, Request, Change, Configuration, Problem and Knowledge Management.

Define and implement standards of performance, training & development programs, continuous improvement, and other practices.
Develop and update IT Services Policies, design and document end-to-end processes, identify and implement required tools, communicate & train IT group resources.
Implement corrective measures to ensure a best in class level of support and service.
Implement Change & Configuration Management System.

 Eligibility Criteria:

  • ITIL Master or Expert level certification or higher

Age:

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in the implementation of ITIL and ITIL based ITSM tools and processes such as IT Asset Management and CMDB System.
