State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), the Central Bank, is looking for young, talented and energetic candidates for the following positions in the Office of the CISO, based at Karachi:

|
Deputy Director (OG-3) - IS Governance, Policies and Standards |
Key responsibilities of the incumbent will include, but not limited to, the following: |
 |
Review and update Information Security Policy and other security standards of the Bank. |
 |
Drive consensus across cross-functional departments to determine new policy feasibility and impact, balancing business needs, culture, and required protections.
|
 |
Provide support during the implementation phase and assess impact of recommendations for changes to the Policy. |
 |
Continuously assess existing policies for relevancy, accuracy and impact. |
 |
Maintain and implement policy management lifecycle processes that scale to the SBP environment. |
 |
Support implementation of Information Security Policy enforcement and exception processes. |
 |
Evaluate and prioritize policies that require preventative, detective, and awareness-only enforcement. |
 |
Develop scalable ways with cross-functional departments to proactively enforce high priority policies while reactively responding to violations of lower priority policies. |
 |
Work with Risk department and IT Risk Management division to identify and manage risks associated with policy violations and exceptions. |
 |
Design, build, and review relevant training content to increase awareness of Information Security Policy, programs, and practices. |

Eligibility
Criteria: |
Education |
Bachelors or Masters Degree (16 years of education) in Information Security, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar relevant field.
Relevant IT / Cyber Security Certifications would be preferred like CISSP, CEH, CHFI, CISM etc.

Age: |
Maximum 31 years, as of the date of submission of application (as per CNIC). Relaxation maybe allowed in case of additional relevant experience.
|
Experience: |
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience. |

Key responsibilities of the incumbent will include, but not limited to, the following: |

Assist in developing and implementing organization wide Information Security Awareness Program. |
 |
Assist in creating and managing Information Security awareness training programs for all employees, contractual and system users.
|
 |
Prepare Information Security training modules based on categories of employees, include content based on end-user IT Security Policy and keep it up to date. |
 |
Keep abreast with latest Security issues and incidents occurring globally and issue alerts / user awareness broadcasts pertaining to such incidents. |
 |
Act as a departmental training coordinator for identifying technical/soft skills trainings, manage nominations, perform training needs assessment and ensuring the compliance of trainings hours for each member of the team. |
 |
Prepare and update information security awareness program content including the presentations, demos and hands-on activity sessions to increase user awareness level. |
 |
Conduct phishing programs through the organization's phishing solution, implement various campaigns, and report the statistics of those campaigns to the management. |
 |
Deliver the information security awareness sessions, through class room based trainings at Karachi and BSC field offices as per the requirement. |
 |
Engage Bank wide employees through cyber security quiz, surveys and newsletter articles. |
 |
Prepare customized Information security modules based on categories of employees and include IT Policy content related to end-users in the HRD Orientation kit. |
 |
Contribute in work related to development of a Learning Management System for the Bank. |
 |
Supervise administration staff of the department, manage their tasks and resolve related affairs in coordination with HRD and concerned Manager of third party staff pool. |
 |
Undertake and complete other tasks and assignments as assigned by the supervisor. |
