                                      | Key responsibilities of the incumbent will include, but not limited to, the following: |  
                                      |  |  |   
                                      |  | Assist in coordination with all       the departments for timely preparation of their departmental business plans. |   
                                      |  | Assist in ensuring coherent and       integrated business plan of SBP by coordinating with all departments for       timely initiation and completion of business plans / development       projects. |   
                                      |  | Assist in coordination with stakeholders       for holding business planning meetings. |   
                                      |  | Assist & support in providing all       departments a clear view and understanding of the business plan and       processes. |  
                                      |  | Assist in obtaining / updating quarterly status reports from       departments and prepare quarterly reports for senior management. |  
                                      |  | Compilation of annual business plans of       all departments. |  
                                      |  | Assist in generating / initiating emails       to all departments for: |  
                                      |  | 
                                        Collecting annual business plans. |  
                                      |  | 
                                        Identification for errors / omissions        (if any). |  
                                      |  | 
                                        Monitoring & compilation of the        quarterly progress reports. |  
                                      |  | Timely issuance of reminders &       raising queries to the departments. |  
                                      |  | Managing documentation regarding Business       Planning Division. |  
                                      |  | Assist in improving business planning       process of SBP. |  
                                      |  | Keeping ENB contents pertaining to       Business Planning up-to-date and relevant. |  
                                      |  | To draft minutes of various meetings       organized by the department. |

                              |  Eligibility 
                                  Criteria: |

                                      | Education | Must  have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with 16 years of education in Business  Administration from HEC 
                                      recognized university or from a reputable foreign  university. 
 |  
                                      | Age: | Maximum 30 years, as of the date    of submission of application (as per CNIC). Relaxation maybe allowed in 
case    of additional relevant experience. |   
                                      | Experience: | At least 2 years of post-qualification relevant experience |   
                                      | Competencies: | Excellent skills in coordination, planning & organizing, relationship building and organizational awareness. Strong analytical abilities, good interpersonal skills, well organized and self-driven. 
 Working knowledge of MS Office.
