GUIDELINES - TRANSFER AND ASSIGNMENT OF NON-PERFORMING ASSETS (NPAs) TO CORPORATE RESTRUCTURING COMPANIES (CRCs)

1. Please refer to BPRD Circular Letter No. 40 of 2020 regarding guidelines for transfer and assignment of NPAs to CRC(s).
2. In order to facilitate banks/DFIs in transferring NPAs to CRC(s) and help in revival of the sick industrial units, it has been decided to make necessary amendments in the subject guidelines. The banks/DFIs are advised to comply with the attached revised Guidelines (Annexure A) in letter and spirit.
