GUIDELINES - TRANSFER AND ASSIGNMENT OF NON-PERFORMING
ASSETS (NPAs) TO CORPORATE RESTRUCTURING COMPANIES
(CRCs)

Circular Letter No. 40 of 2020 regarding
guidelines for transfer and assignment of
NPAs to CRC(s).
2. In order to facilitate
banks/DFIs in transferring NPAs to CRC(s)
and help in revival of the sick industrial
units, it has been decided to make necessary
amendments in the subject guidelines. The
banks/DFIs are advised to comply with the
attached revised Guidelines (Annexure
A) in letter and spirit.
