Please refer to BPRD Circular No. 02 of 2017 and Circular No. 05 of 2018 on the captioned subject as amended from time to time.
2. In this regard, it has been decided to waive the condition of 100 percent cash margin requirement on imports made against the HS Codes listed in the enclosed Annexure-A.
3. Further, the revised HS Code for the item given at serial No. 351 (i.e. HS Code- 8517.1210: Cellular Mobile with Battery) of Annexure - A of BPRD Circular No. 2 of 2017 is 8517.1219 (Cellular Mobile Phone-Other).
4. All other instructions contained in the aforementioned Circulars shall, however, remain unchanged.
