In order to facilitate the process of scrutiny of nomination papers of election contesting candidates in time, it has been decided that banks/DFIs should open their relevant departments/offices, branches and especially e-CIB departments for receipt of dues, issuance of clearance certificates etc. on Sunday April 7, 2013 from 8 am to 12 am (mid-night). It is further advised that upon receipt of dues, bank/DFIs should also immediately update the e-CIB of the concerned borrower.
