During the course of proceedings in Succession Matters, the Honourable Sindh High Court, Karachi has warned that letters for verification of Succession Certificate should NOT be addressed directly to the Honourable Judges of the Court.

2     All banks/DFIs are therefore, advised that henceforth all letters for verification of Succession Certificate shall be addressed to the Assistant Registrar, Executive & Misc. Branch, High Court of Sindh, Karachi, failing which stern action will be taken against the concerned Managers/ Operation Managers as per direction of the Honourable Court.
