Questionnaires
for Self-Assessment Under
Institutional Risk Assessment Framework (IRAF)
Please
refer to Questionnaires regarding self-assessment under
IRAF, issued vide BID Circular No. 01 dated July 8th 2004.
2.
In order to further facilitate the local banks/DFIs/MFIs
for the timely submission of the duly filled out questionnaires,
it has been decided that the questionnaires may be filled-out
by management, approved by the Board of Directors (BOD)
and signed jointly by the President/CEO and the Secretary
to BOD.
3.
All other instructions on the subject shall remain unchanged.
